NMEC is the first museum in MENA region that on the earliest civilization in history, the ancient Egyptian civilization. The museum offers a general overview of all the different historic periods in ancient Egypt by visual representations. The museum overlooks Ein-El-Sira lake, Cairo's only lake remaining.
